I'd recommend his films if they interest you! All of them are, at the very least, interesting and stylish. I'm surprised that his speech caused so much controversy, honestly. He's an intelligent man and I don't think he said anything bad at all - I think he did the opposite, even. Focusing on how we can dehumanise others is massively important, especially within film where we so often see people shot, killed, attacked, etc. and it can mean nothing because of how it is presented.
