I am not the most sentimental, but this did make me quite teary to read. In many ways. The dedication aside. I'm not sure how intentional some of these were, or if they were coincidences, but the title is shared by a Kanye song (one of his most open and emotive, even... which is especially ironic). The image looks, to me, much like King Krule's side profile and has the same kick that much of the imagery associated with him does. And the odd straps in front of the person in the image also look just like the camera strap I recently DIY'd and attach to my camera. It's a great image generally. I like it!

It is also both flattering and amusing to see my usual poetic trademarks mirrored back to me - I'm immune to them when I'm thinking them through and trying to articulate them in a fragmented fashion for a reader to put back together again, but they are all here - grim fashion, grey skies, city noise and movies. I got no notification for this, but I'm truly glad I saw it :)))

(Yes... the Kanye title is what grabbed me.... hahahaha)
